FAQ

  • Where are you located?
I'm currently located in Örnsköldsvik, Sweden, but I'm available as a designer wherever you are, as long as you have internet access. I've previously worked with clients from Sweden and Los Angeles.
  • I can't meet in person. How will we communicate?
We'll begin our dialogue through email, and then I'll schedule an appointment through Google Meet. It's crucial that we establish clear lines of communication from the outset and maintain them throughout the project. Lengthy delays in responding to my questions will inevitably prolong our project timeline. Both of us need to value our time and make the most out of this opportunity.
  • How long does it take you to build a website?
Well, it really depends. Every project is unique and comes with different challenges. However, as a general guideline, it typically takes around three weeks from the design phase to completion, provided that I have all the necessary information from you. Once we have our initial discussion, during which you share your vision, business details, and objectives, I'll send you a questionnaire and a list outlining what I require from you to kickstart the process. Typically, the process is delayed only if I don't receive the necessary text and images from your end. Once I have all the required content, that's when I can begin building and designing your website
  • What will you need from me as a client?
Once again, it depends on the type of design or website you desire. During our initial discussion, where you'll share your vision, business details, and achievement goals, I'll provide you with a questionnaire outlining the necessary information I need to begin working. Here are some examples of what I might require from you: Images of yourself, your team, and your business. Text content related to your business, such as an 'About Us' story, contact information, and other specific details. Any additional images or videos you possess.
  • Can you write the content text for my website?
Can you write the content text for my website? Unfortunately, no. You're the expert on your business, not me. I can tweak and suggest minor changes based on my personal preference, but I can't write the text for you. I'm sorry.
  • Do I have to own a domain before we start?
No, if you do not already own a domain, that's fine. As long as the domain name you want is available for purchase, it's all good. When we enter the final phase and connect you to the Wix Premium package, a domain is included for free for one year. You will own the domain. It will be registered in your name and address and belong to you.
  • Who will update the website when it's done?
You can. Wix is user-friendly, especially for beginners, thanks to its drag-and-drop editor. If you're unsure about managing your site's SEO effectively, I would recommend consulting with an SEO specialist. However, if you prefer not to manage the website yourself, I can arrange a customized maintenance package tailored to your page's needs.
  • Why do I need a website?
If you're looking to expand your business, attract more inquiries, increase sales, or establish yourself as the go-to person in your area, having a website is essential. However, if you're not willing to put in any effort and simply expect money to roll in effortlessly, your website won’t maintain its relevance over time. Neglecting it will lead to decreased activity and a loss of value for your visitors. We can't allow that to happen. We'll address this during our initial dialogue, and I can arrange a maintenance package tailored to best suit your needs.
  • What is SEO? (Search Engine Optimization)
Having a website is an absolute must for any business, especially in today's digital age. A professional website might look amazing, but it's essentially worthless if you're buried on page 3 of Google's search results. In short, SEO is about making your website more visible and appealing to search engines like Google. This involves optimizing your website's content, structure, and performance to rank higher in search engine results pages (SERPs). Google prioritizes accurate text on your website far more than your other flashy graphics or effects. I'll ensure that your basic SEO is optimized for every page and item on your website to give you a solid start. However, it's important to note that SEO is an ongoing process. If you notice a decline in website activity, investing in an SEO specialist can be invaluable. They can work continuously to attract new clients, increase sales, and facilitate the growth of your company.
  • What software do you use?
I use different software for different types of projects. The two softwares I use most frequently is Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
